For all individuals that are not competing in the Karoo Ultra Marathon but still enjoy a nice walk or jog, there is a 5km fun run that is open to everybody for only R10 entry fee per person.

Minimum Age to enter: 9 Years.

Laingsburg Karoo Marathon a day for everyone to enjoy
The Laingsburg Karoo Marathon welcomes all, so bring family members friends and join us for a wonderfull day. There will be food stalls all over, wonderfull music and for those who enjoys an occational beer, there will be a bar inside the JJ Ellis Hall.
For all the Rugby fans, We wil try to have a big screen availible where you wil be able to watch the Rugby world cup games for the day.

INFORMATION
Ultra Marathon will be held on the 28th of September 2019 in Laingsburg. The 80km, 21.1km, 12km and 5km race started at JJ Ellis Sports Ground and end at the JJ Ellis Sports Ground. This year the Laingsburg Athletics Club and organising committee is using the same route as 2017 on request of the Athletes.
