Laingsburg Athletics Club introduces smaller races to accommodate other participants who do not wish to take on the Ultra-Marathon (80km) but want to run whilst waiting for their partners. These races showed tremendous growth during these past years, and we as the organising committee introduced 5km fun run, which includes children and families to run together and participate in the event as a family. Laingsburg Athletics Club as the organising committee would love to make this event a huge event and create a more festive atmosphere with lots of activities in our town. This will also lead to more people/visitors from outside town to join and participate in our festive weekend.
